She has been a Fairfield County CT resident for over 15 years and has also resided in NJ, NY, MA and St. Barths, FWI.  Denise is a member of the Newtown Board of Realtors, Northern Fairfield County Assn. of Realtors, Hudson Gateway Assn. of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, as well as the SmartMLS and OneKey multiple listing services.  Her primary focus includes Fairfield County in CT and Westchester County in NY.  However, she represents clients with real estate needs all over CT and NY.  She has an affiliation with Coldwell Banker on the island of Nevis for anyone looking for vacation and investment properties in Nevis or St. Kitts! Denise earned a Master's Degree in Expressive Arts Therapies and a Bachelor's Degree in Rehabilitational Services.  She owned businesses in fitness, massage therapy, and therapeutic creative arts after leaving hi-tech as a technical writer and project manager for software companies.  Her main areas of expertise include marketing, sales and customer service.
